RCSI Surgical Training programmes are dedicated to ensuring that all surgeons involved in training stay informed and up to date on every aspect of surgical education.
To facilitate this, the College communicates through multiple channels, including a quarterly e-zine that provides insights into the current landscape of surgical training in Ireland.
Additionally, RCSI has developed two podcast series:
- Safe and Sound – Exploring the role of human factors in healthcare and patient safety.
- Beyond the Theatre – Addressing key issues that impact surgeons in both practice and training, offering discussions that reflect the complexities of a surgical career.
These initiatives aim to keep the surgical community engaged, informed, and supported throughout their training and professional journey.
