Delete Your Account - RCSI Logbook

If you wish to delete your account and remove your personal data from the RCSI Logbook app, please follow the instructions below.

Steps to Request Data Deletion

1. Contact Us: Send an email to donncharyan@rcsi.ie with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.
2. Provide Details: In your email, please include the following information:
   • Your full name
   • Your email address registered with the RCSI Logbook app
   • A brief statement requesting the deletion of your account and personal data
3. Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been processed.

Data Deletion and Retention

• Deleted Data: Upon your request, the following data will be permanently deleted from our servers:
  • Personal identification information (e.g., name, email address)
  • Usage data and logs associated with your account
• Retained Data: Certain data may be retained for up to 5 years to comply with legal obligations or for other legitimate business purposes. This may include:
  • Transaction records
  • Communication logs
