Our stakeholder feedback loop process enables us to gather, process and respond to the feedback of our key stakeholders including our trainees, trainers, students and the wider surgical community.
By listening to our stakeholder feedback, we learn about their perspectives, preferences, and pain points, and demonstrate that we care about their opinions and satisfaction. Our stakeholder loop process also helps us to gather ideas to improve the performance of our training programmes. We act on the feedback we receive by making necessary adjustments and improvements while measuring our impact and value. Tracking and reporting on feedback helps us to communicate our performance, quality, and outcomes and show stakeholders how we are meeting or exceeding their expectations.
